Beastmode Challenge – Within this half hour class, you will experience high intensity moves to build strength, increase coordination, agility, and endurance, plus shed a few pounds and tone muscle. Come join the fun! 

 

 

Easy Yoga – Enjoy a contemporary, easy to follow approach to hatha yoga (fitness style). With a complete range of basic moves including standing, seated, occasional inversions and relaxation poses you will challenge yourself while you improve your strength, flexibility and range of motion.

*Bringing your own mat is encouraged. Mats will be available at the front desk if needed.

 

 

Fitness Fun After 50 – For those that seek gentle, low impact exercise. Improve your balance, strength, stamina and flexibility in this fun and motivating workout.

 

Interval Intensity – Start your morning off right with strength and plyometric sport training and some good old fashion cardio. This is a quick and efficient 30 minute class to get your day started.

 

Lunch Crunch– Too busy for a full workout? Try this explosive 30 minute, cardio burning workout that will give you a dramatic boost of energy before returning to work.

 
Lunch Pilates/Yoga – Lunch hours go by quickly, so this 30 minute lunch class is just what you are looking for. This class is packed full of core building moves that will help you feel energized and ready to tackle the rest of your day.

Morning Mix – Warm up to increase circulation, add a little weight lifting for toning and strength, then finish with floor work for that overall great feeling. Something for everyone. Give it a try!

 

Pilates – This class focuses on the Pilates program originally designed by Joseph Pilates. Conditions the core (back & abdomen) as well as strengthen the upper and lower body through slow moving floor exercises.

P.U.M.P. - (P-Persistant, U-Ultimate, M-Muscle, P-Performance.) Designed for individuals who are looking for a weight training class that will show results! Instructors will vary and modify each move with safety of utmost importance. There could be a 5-7 minute cardio burst for fun, but most of this 45-60 minute class is designed to build long, lean muscle using repetition. Anyone is welcome to come join our fun and sweat.

 

30/30 P.U.M.P. – Get the best of both worlds with an invigorating 30 minute cardio class complimented with 30 minutes of P.U.M.P. (Upper body/Lower body the other). A great combination for a great workout! 

 

Yogalates – Experience the joy of Yoga and Pilates combined. Cover a complete range of basic poses that continuously move from one to another. This challenging class includes core training from Pilates as well as seated, standing, inverted and relaxation poses from Yoga.
