AM Sprinters – Start your day with a blast of cardio! Sweat and have fun so that the week starts off on the pedal.


Evening Extreme – 45 minutes of instructor’s choice of hills and sprints!  This class will give you motivation to make it through all of your evening activities.


Lean On Lunch & Afternoon Attack – Only have an hour for lunch?  Great!  This class is for you.  Designed to meet your cardio needs during your busy schedule.


Pedal On – Need a scenic ride? This class will be sure to take you on a journey and leave you refreshed and sweaty!


Spinnergize & Uphill Battle – a 30 minute class designed to compliment the workout our P.U.M.P. class just gave you! 


Sunrise Surprise & Jumpstart – This class will be sure to meet all of your cardio needs on the bike. Sprint or hill climb, there is no doubt you will leave ready to start your day!


Weekend Warrior – Our Saturday spin class is sure to kick off your weekend with a sweat!  Our variety of instructors will leave you guessing as to what workout you may get.
