Aqua Fit/Cardio H2O – 45 minutes of low impact, high energy water aerobics. Each class is designed to increase cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. Ability to swim is not necessary to participate.

 

Senior Splash – Activate your urge for variety! Splash offers fun, shallow-water movement to improve agility and flexibility while addressing cardiovascular, strength and endurance conditioning. No swimming ability is required, classes feature a Silver Sneakers kickboard and additional aquatic equipment is used to improve strength, balance and coordination.

 

Water Blast – Experience high energy cardio using intervals, circuits and good old calisthenics to raise the heart rate for a complete overall workout. Increase muscle strength, cardio endurance and range of motion during this challenging water class. Ability to swim is not necessary, but water shoes are highly recommended.
