LOOKING TO IMPROVE YOUR CHILD'S STRENGTH AND CARDIO, GET THEM IN SHAPE FOR THE NEXT SPORTS SEASON OR JUST INTRODUCE THEM TO THE WEIGHT ROOM...THEN SIGN UP FOR THE ATHLETE PROGRAM!

 

EACH SESSION WILL FEATURE A NEW WORKOUT WITH RYNE OR RACHEL BASED AROUND THE GOALS OF THE ATHLETE. 

 

ATHLETES WILL LEARN PROPER LIFTING FORM FOR A VARIETY OF BARBELL MOVEMENTS, LIKE SQUATS, CLEANS, BENCH PRESS AND DEADLIFT. THEY WILL ALSO HAVE ACCESS TO WALL BALLS, SLAM BALLS, KETTLEBELLS, JUMP BOXES, BATTLE ROPES, TIRE FLIPERS, ROWERS, ASSAULT BIKES AND A FULL RIG. 

 

GREAT EXPEREINCE FOR BOTH ADVANCED LIFTERS AND FIRST TIMERS IN THE WEIGHT ROOM.
