We’re proud to offer a variety of fun, energizing, and challenging classes designed for seniors — whether you’re looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or just enjoy a social, upbeat workout environment. We accept SilverSneakers, Renew Active, Hally, and Silver&Fit memberships, as well as standard Fitness World Memberships. ALL ARE WELCOME!
Our Weekly Lineup:
💪 Senior Strength – Mondays 8:15-9AM with Kristie Maro
Move to the music while building muscular strength and improving daily functional movements. Use hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and SilverSneakers balls. Chairs available for seated or standing support.
🔥 Senior Cardio – Tuesdays 8:15-9AM with Kristie Maro & Ryne Turke
Burn calories and get your heart pumping! Join us for upbeat music and a workout utilizing BOOM Sticks, bands, and balls that’ll leave you smiling.
🧘 Chair Yoga – Wednesdays 8:15-9AM with Jackie Davis
Stretch, relax, and find your balance from the comfort of your chair. Perfect for all skill levels!
🏋️ Senior Strength – Thursdays 8:15-9AM with Ryne Turke
Take strength to the next level! Get a full body workout, learn how to bench press & try our TRX resistance band routine in a supportive environment. You can do this!
🎵 Senior Classic – Fridays 8:15-9AM with Jackie Davis & Tasha Meyer
End your week on a high note! A fun mix of music, movement, and exercises designed to strengthen your body and energize your mind.
🏓 Senior Pickleball – Monday–Friday 9-10AM
Get moving, have fun, and meet new friends on the court! Pickleball is a great way to improve agility, coordination, and overall fitness in a social, supportive setting.
