Aqua Fit– 45 minutes of low impact, high energy water aerobics. Each class is designed to increase cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. Ability to swim is not necessary to participate.

 

Senior Splash – Activate your urge for variety! Splash offers fun, shallow-water movement to improve agility and flexibility while addressing cardiovascular, strength and endurance conditioning. No swimming ability is required, classes feature a Silver Sneakers kickboard and additional aquatic equipment is used to improve strength, balance and coordination.

 

Water Blast – Experience high energy cardio using intervals, circuits and good old calisthenics to raise the heart rate for a complete overall workout. Increase muscle strength, cardio endurance and range of motion during this challenging water class. Ability to swim is not necessary, but water shoes are highly recommended.
