We are SOOO proud of what Kristen has been able to accomplish over the last month!

Between her morning crosstraining workouts and evening cardio sessions, Kristen is already down 8 pounds!

Kristen wanted to thank Fitness World's lead trainer Kristie Maro for getting her motivated and on the right track with a perfect program to fit her goals.

Kristen hopes to lose another 30 pounds, stay focused on her health and nuturtion and make time for herself.
